Lil Wayne’s highly anticipated album, “Tha Carter VI,” has debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. The album earned 108,000 equivalent album units in its first week.

This total includes 73,000 streaming equivalent album units, which equates to 97.06 million on-demand streams of the songs. The album also sold 34,000 traditional album units and 1,000 track-equivalent album units. “Tha Carter VI” marks Lil Wayne’s 13th album to land in the top 10 of the Billboard 200.

Several albums from his “Carter” series have previously peaked at No. 1 or No. 2 on the chart.

Other notable artists also made appearances in this week’s top 10. ENHYPEN landed at No. 3 with their album “DESIRE: UNLEASH,” earning 100,000 equivalent album units.

Lil Wayne’s chart success continues

Addison Rae debuted at No. 4 with 48,500 units.

Turnstile made their first appearance in the top 10, reaching No. 9 with “NEVER ENOUGH.” The album earned 38,000 equivalent album units. Morgan Wallen’s album took the No.

1 spot this week. SZA, My Chemical Romance, and Sabrina Carpenter also secured positions in the top 10. Wallen appears again at No.

8, while Kendrick Lamar holds the No. 10 spot. This achievement adds to the storied legacy of Lil Wayne.

He continues to be a dominant force in the music industry with each new release.
