Ozzy Osbourne is set to make a public appearance at Comic Con Midlands in Birmingham, just days after his farewell concert with Black Sabbath. The event will take place from July 12 to 13 at the National Exhibition Centre. Osbourne will be joined by his wife and manager Sharon, daughter Kelly, and son Jack.

They will be available for signings and photo opportunities on both days of the convention. This appearance comes a week after the highly anticipated “Back To The Beginning” show at Birmingham’s Villa Park on July 5. The concert is being touted as Black Sabbath’s final performance and will feature Ozzy alongside the band’s original lineup.

In a recent interview, Osbourne expressed the importance of this farewell concert.

Osbourne’s Comic Con appearance

“The original Sabbath will never be onstage together again.

From the late 60s, we’re probably one of the only bands where the original members are still alive and speaking with one another,” he said. Osbourne has been undergoing physical training for the first time in several years in preparation for the show. His retirement from the stage is due to multiple health issues, including the aftermath of past surgeries and Parkinson’s disease.

The farewell show will also feature performances by other notable acts such as Anthrax and Mastodon. Tickets for Comic Con Midlands are available, with prices starting at £156 for a day ticket and £238 for a weekend ticket. Details regarding the cost of signings and photos with the Osbournes will be updated by the convention organizers as soon as possible.
