Papa Roach has released their new single “Braindead” featuring Toby Morse of H20. The track combines Papa Roach’s signature intensity with raw punk energy. Jacoby Shaddix of Papa Roach said, “We wanted to create something that felt urgent, honest, and in your face.

Bringing Toby in took it to the next level. This song is a call to wake up before it’s too late.”

Morse commented, “I’ve known Jacoby for over 20 years. I’m very proud of him and his sobriety.

Their passion and hard work are why they are still here and relevant today. They live by the ‘one life, one chance’ motto. It’s a true honor to be on ‘Braindead’ sharing these words that we all live by.”

The official music video for “Braindead” will premiere in July.

Papa Roach is riding high after their sold-out U.K. tour, which included their first show at Wembley Arena.

In a recent interview, Shaddix discussed their progress on the follow-up to their 2022 album.

They have finished five or six songs so far. While they don’t have a release date yet, fans can expect new music throughout the year. Shaddix hinted at several guest appearances on the new album but did not reveal any names.

The band is releasing their music through their own label, New Noize Records, in partnership with ADA Worldwide. Last month, Papa Roach released an acoustic version of “Even If It Kills Me.” The original single reached No. 1 on U.S. Rock Radio, marking their 13th time topping the charts.

Shaddix said the lyrics were inspired by his son’s heartbreaking breakup. Papa Roach are two-time Grammy-nominated, platinum-selling leaders in alternative hard rock. They have been advocating for mental health since their seminal release, “Last Resort.” The band has created ten studio albums and continues to influence and connect with their audience.
