Meghan Markle shared a heartwarming video on Instagram, giving a glimpse into her family’s recent trip to Disneyland. The video, set to Peggy Lee’s “It’s a Good Day,” showcased Prince Harry and their children, Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4, enjoying the theme park. The video captured several delightful moments, including Lilibet wearing a sparkly blue baseball cap and holding her mom’s hand.

Scenes showed Harry closely following his daughter as she met a Disney Princess and the family enjoying rides like Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and Dumbo the Flying Elephant. Meghan, sporting Minnie Mouse ears, flashed a huge smile while preparing for the drop on the log flume. The family also encountered Star Wars stormtroopers and enjoyed treats like corn dogs and pickle slices during their visit.

The celebration wouldn’t be complete without a birthday cake. The video showcased a Little Mermaid-themed cake featuring Princess Ariel and Sebastian — a fitting choice for Lilibet, who shares the princess’s famous red hair. Further highlights included carousel rides, roller coasters, and walks throughout the park, which is currently celebrating its 70th anniversary.

Family adventures at Disneyland

Meghan added hearts over Lilibet and Archie’s faces to respect their privacy. “Thank you @disneyland for giving our family two days of pure joy!” Meghan captioned the post.

Meghan has previously spoken about protecting her children’s privacy in the online space. “Our kids are young,” she told CBS News Sunday Morning in August 2024. “They’re amazing.

But all you want to do as parents is protect them. And so, as we can see what’s happening in the online space, we know that there’s a lot of work to be done there.”

The Duchess also opened up about her special bond with Lilibet during the launch of her website, Asever.com. The site’s landing page displays a tender photo of Meghan and Lilibet hand in hand in their backyard.

“Being able to have my own little girl, as I’ve spent so much of my life championing the rights of girls and women, and to be able to see this as a multigenerational story — Archie is of course included in that, my husband is of course included in that,” she said. “This is something that I can create in front of my daughter and teach her what it’s like to be a working mom.”

The family’s Disneyland adventure showcased not just celebration but their joy in spending quality time together, making lasting memories in the happiest place on earth.
