Trivium has officially debuted the music video for their song “Dying In Your Arms” from their 2005 album, 20 years after it was originally filmed. The band explained the delay in a recent commentary clip. “We did a video for ‘Dying In Your Arms’ about 20 years ago, and the video ended up so bad that our manager said, ‘we need to pull this video or your band…’ Someone said you should pull this video, because this video is not good,” frontman Matt Heafy shared.
Now, two decades later, the band decided it was time to revisit the unreleased footage. “But now, 20 years later, we’re like, ‘We should watch this.

We should show everyone what this is and see how we feel about it.’ Because I haven’t seen this video in 20 years,” Heafy added. In the commentary video, the band members watch the music video together for the first time since it was filmed. They humorously point out various aspects of the video, with Heafy noting, “I got the Jerry Seinfeld puffy shirt on.”
Fans can now watch the previously unreleased “Dying In Your Arms” music video, along with the band’s reaction and commentary clip.
The release has already generated excitement among Trivium’s fanbase, with many expressing their nostalgia and enthusiasm in the comments.
