Traffic impacts in Ann Arbor

In addition to the ramp closure, US-23 will have one lane closed in each direction between Nixon Road and M-14 during the same time period. Drivers are advised to plan their routes accordingly and expect possible delays due to these closures and lane restrictions. The maintenance work is part of MDOT’s ongoing efforts to improve and maintain the state’s transportation infrastructure.

Regular maintenance is necessary to ensure the safety and longevity of roads and bridges. Motorists can stay informed about road closures and construction projects by visiting the MDOT website or following their social media accounts for updates. It is always recommended to check for traffic updates before embarking on a journey and to allow extra time for travel during periods of road work.
