Meghan Markle shared a heartfelt Mother’s Day photo featuring her children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. The image, captured from behind, showed her holding Archie, 6, on one hip and Lilibet, 3, on the other, overlooking a balcony with palm trees in view. The photo appeared to have been taken at their home in Montecito, Santa Barbara, where they relocated in 2020 after stepping back from their royal duties.

In a 2022 interview, Meghan mentioned that two palm trees on their property had caught Prince Harry’s attention during their house hunting, symbolizing their bond.

A mother’s heartfelt message

Prince Archie, dressed in white pajamas trimmed with black, encircled his mom’s neck with his arms, while Princess Lilibet, in a purple floral dress, clung to her other side.

The post offered a rare and endearing look at the family life of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, showcasing their love and the precious moments they share with their children. Meghan expressed how being a mother is the “greatest privilege” of her life. She addressed her children directly in the post, writing, “And to these two gems – who still attempt to climb ‘mama mountain’, smother me with kisses, and make every day the most memorable adventure… being your mom is the greatest privilege of my life.”

The Duchess of Sussex concluded her Mother’s Day message with a sweet phrase, presumably coined by her kids: “I, too, ‘love you more than all the stars in all the sky, all the raindrops, and all the salt on all the french fries in all the world.'”
