During a press conference, she spoke about how motherhood influenced her role in the film, which she worked on while five months pregnant.

Motherhood’s impact on acting career

“As a mother, it was really hard to separate what I would do as opposed to what my character would do,” she said about her role in the film. “I had just had my firstborn, and there’s nothing quite like postpartum.

It’s extremely isolating.”

She added, “Having children changes everything. It changes your whole life. It’s brutal and incredible.

Every decision about work now includes my children. They’ve taught me so much about emotion, which is integral to my job as an actor. It’s almost like feeling heightened sensitivity.”

Reflecting on the transformative nature of parenthood, Jennifer said, “They’ve changed my life for the best and have also deeply influenced my creativity.

I highly recommend having kids if you want to be an actor.”

Jennifer’s candid comments offer a glimpse into the emotional and transformative journey of motherhood, and how it has impacted both her personal life and career.
