Amal Clooney looked stunning in a cherry print dress on Saturday night. She was out with her husband, George Clooney, and their close friends, Bono and his wife, Ali Hewson. The foursome dined at the Polo Bar in Midtown after George’s Broadway show “Good Night, and Good Luck.”
Amal’s strapless dress was from Stella McCartney.
It had mesh fabric with ruching on the sides. She paired it with a black sculptural clutch, metallic bronze Gianvito Rossi heels, and dangly statement earrings. Her long, brunette hair was in loose waves and she had a subtle smoky eye.

George looked sharp in a navy suit, a black polo shirt, and a gray baseball hat. Bono also dressed up for the dinner, wearing a black suit and his signature rose-colored sunglasses.
Earlier in the week, Amal supported George at his Broadway show. She wore a black lace off-the-shoulder midi dress and the same gold and clear Gianvito Rossi pumps. Backstage, the Clooneys took photos with other famous attendees.
These included Hilary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Huma Abedin, Chelsea Clinton, and fashion designer Tanya Taylor. Amal’s Broadway appearance follows her solo moment at the Cannes premiere of Bono’s documentary “Stories of Surrender.” There, she wore a vintage off-the-shoulder black gown from Christian Dior, designed by John Galliano.
