Clare Devine-Banks, a recently-returned villain in ‘Hollyoaks’, is set to make a big confession in next week’s episodes. Clare was thought to be dead but recently came back in a shocking twist as the wife of DI Banks, a corrupt police officer running a trafficking operation.
