Amy Schumer recently shared a wild hookup story during her appearance on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast. The comedian opened up about a memorable encounter with a professional baseball player. Host Alex Cooper asked Schumer about her “craziest fan interaction.” Schumer recounted meeting a notable athlete at one of her stand-up shows.

She confirmed that he played baseball, though she didn’t name him. Schumer described the encounter. After a late-night text, the athlete came over to her place.

“Did I text them late at night and they came over, went down on me and then I said, ‘I’m so tired, I’m so sorry,’ and they left?

Amy’s wild baseball story

Yes,” Schumer said.

She added with a laugh, “And you know who you are.”

The exchange did not result in sex. Schumer jokingly admitted it has inspired scenes in her 2015 comedy “Trainwreck.” “He went down on me and then I yawned and was like [I’m tired],” Schumer shared. “That’s a moment in ‘Trainwreck’ — that’s from real life.”

Reflecting on similar situations, Schumer said, “That has happened probably three times in my life.

One of them was furious, I remember, and one of them was like totally fine with it and, you know what, the baseball player was pretty cool about it.”

All of this happened well before Schumer met her now-husband, Chris Fischer. They married in 2018. Schumer’s candidness about her past experiences offers a humorous and personal glimpse into her life.

It solidifies her reputation for honesty and relatability.
