G-Dragon turned the entire nation of Vietnam into a festive arena on the 21st as he took the stage at the My Dinh National Stadium in Hanoi. This concert marked his return to Vietnam for the first time in about 13 years since his last visit with BIGBANG in 2012. The concert itself attracted around 40,000 fans, proving his enduring popularity. Despite Vietnam’s hot, humid weather and heavy rain, G-Dragon delivered a passionate and electrifying performance.
Amid thunderous cheers, he performed a powerful setlist, including his new songs “POWER,” “HOME SWEET HOME,” “TOO BAD,” as well as his legendary hits “Crayon” and “Crooked,” igniting the crowd. G-Dragon gave his all for fans who braved the torrential rain, pouring explosive energy into his singing and stage presence, heating up the atmosphere even further.

Dressed in a striking red sleeveless top with a polka-dot scarf, his bold and unique stage outfit captivated the audience. Fans were in awe of the powerful “Wet GD” stage that rivaled a full-scale concert, and passionately sang along, creating a spectacular scene. Additionally, as news of G-Dragon’s Vietnam concert spread, not only fans but also companies in Vietnam celebrated him with the “GD Shoutout” using daisy flowers.
Prominent Vietnamese companies flooded social media with colorful daisy-themed images, each infused with their own branding, demonstrating the massive cultural impact of G-Dragon’s presence. During the performance of “Crooked,” an unexpected incident occurred when a fan stormed the stage. Dancers initially intervened to stop the intruder, and security personnel quickly escorted the individual offstage.
G-Dragon handled the situation with calm and continued his performance, signaling the excited crowd to stay calm by raising his hands. Following his performance in Vietnam, G-Dragon is scheduled to perform in Sydney on July 2nd and 3rd and in Melbourne on July 6th and 7th. His third world tour will also take him to nine Asian cities, including Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bangkok, and Hong Kong, as well as three U.S. cities—Newark, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles—and Paris, France.
