Hilary Duff’s husband, Matthew Koma, came to her defense after an internet troll criticized her appearance on social media. The incident occurred when Duff posted a series of selfies on Instagram, prompting one user to question her use of Botox. Koma quickly responded to the comment, telling the user, identified by a butterfly in their handle, to “get fckd.” Fans praised Koma for standing up for his wife, with one supporter writing, “Showing everyone how great husbands stick up for their wives.”

Duff, 37, has been open about the pressures she faces to maintain her appearance since her teenage years as a Disney Channel star.

In a 2022 interview with Women’s Health, she emphasized her desire to focus on inner well-being over outward perfection. “We bust our ass to get our bodies in shape and to look the best we can. We get facials and Botox and our hair done and highlights and brows and lash lifts and all this s–t,” Duff said.

Despite the scrutiny and negative comments, Duff continues to embrace the changes to her body and prioritize her happiness, stating that she is proud of what her body has accomplished, particularly after motherhood.
