The 2025 Kips Bay Decorator Show House in Palm Beach showcases the work of 23 talented designers and architects. The event, held at a 1937 brick home in the Providencia Park neighborhood, serves as a fundraiser for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Clubs and supports the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County. The entrance, decorated by Louise Cronan, welcomes visitors with a towering banyan tree.
Leta Austin Foster & Daughters Inc. reimagined the vestibule and foyer with a “Winter Garden in Treillage,” featuring a painted faux-bamboo lantern and honeysuckle trellis wallpaper. Marshall Watson & Reid Deane Ganes brought the Jazz Age back to life with their “Deco Oasis” living room, complete with Addison Mizner-like architectural details and champagne bubbles floating on the ceiling.
Watson’s second coffee table book, “Defining Elegance,” is also being celebrated this month.

Rajni Alex of Rajni Alex Design brought sophistication to the kitchen with burgundy-brown cabinetry, violet marble, and ebony countertops, along with built-in wine and espresso bars. Christopher Drake and Will Steele of Bierly Drake and Steele introduced “Le Jardin Botanique,” bringing the outside in with tropical greenery. Amanda Reynal’s “Lilly Pad” pays homage to Palm Beach designer Lilly Pulitzer, using fabrics from the new Lee Jofa x Lilly Pulitzer collection.
On the second floor, Kelly Collier-Clark of House of Clark Interiors designed a bathroom featuring Caribbean scenery wallpaper, while Marie Cloud of Indigo Pruitt Design Studio created a “Renewal Retreat” wellness lounge with a back-lit blue and white quartzite wall. Miami-based duo Monica Santayana and Ronald Alvarez of Moniomi Design turned a recreation room into “11:11,” a multifunctional space centered around a marble-and-onyx ping-pong table that doubles as a dining table, balancing luxurious furnishings with playfulness. The Kips Bay Decorator Show House continues to inspire and delight, proving that the boundaries of imagination are boundless while supporting a worthy cause that benefits local youth.
