The 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards celebrated the year’s biggest musical achievements with a star-studded event at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on March 17. The show featured unforgettable performances from top artists like Bad Bunny, Billie Eilish, GloRilla, Gracie Abrams, and more. One of the highlights of the night was Billie Eilish and her brother Finneas’ captivating performance of “Wildflower,” a track from Eilish’s 2024 album, “Hit Me Hard and Soft.” The duo delivered a stripped-down version of the song, with Finneas accompanying his sister on acoustic guitar.

The awards also honored several music icons, with Mariah Carey receiving the Icon Award, Lady Gaga being presented with the Innovator Award, and Nelly accepting the Landmark Award. Gracie Abrams was named Breakthrough Artist of the Year. Taylor Swift had a big night, winning a total of eight awards, including Artist of the Year.

Her Eras Tour was also named Tour of the Century. The show featured an exclusive performance from the opening night of Swift’s tour.

Billie Eilish and Finneas took home the Album of the Year award for “Hit Me Hard and Soft,” while other winners included Benson Boone, SZA, GloRilla, Sabrina Carpenter, and Green Day. The iHeartRadio Music Awards introduced five new socially voted categories this year: Favorite Soundtrack, Favorite Broadway Debut, Favorite Surprise Guest, Favorite Tour Tradition, and Favorite K-Pop Dance Challenge. LL Cool J hosted the event for the second time, which also paid tribute to Los Angeles following the devastating wildfires earlier in the year.

The show encouraged donations to FireAidLA.org, with contributions being distributed under the advisement of the Annenberg Foundation. The 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards showcased the music industry’s resilience and creativity, providing a night of unforgettable moments for both the artists and their fans.
