The Black Keys have released a new single called “Babygirl” from their upcoming 13th studio album, “No Rain, No Flowers.” The track features a groovy piano riff and captures the band’s signature sound. It was co-written with songwriters Daniel Tashian and Scott Storch. “We’d been obsessing over Scott’s prolific output of material online and his overall body of work for years,” the band stated about working with Storch.

“Getting together with him in the studio and watching him get his hands on our collection of vintage keyboards was awe-inspiring.”

“No Rain, No Flowers” is set to be a personal project for the duo, Patrick Carney and Dan Auerbach.

Groovy new single captivates fans

They describe it as their most ambitious and adventurous album yet.

It follows their 2024 release “Ohio Players.”

The Black Keys will be performing at several venues across the UK and Europe later this year to support the new album. These include shows at Millennium Square in Leeds, Castlefield Bowl in Manchester, and Alexandra Palace Park in London. The band also reflected on their studio time with Gallagher, calling him “hilarious and super talented.” They referred to him as “The Chord Lord” due to his perfectionism.

Fans can now stream the vibrant new single “Babygirl.” It provides an exciting preview of what to expect from The Black Keys’ forthcoming album “No Rain, No Flowers.”
