Adrien Brody recently shared a funny story about a mix-up by Kim Kardashian. During an appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” Brody revealed that Kardashian had accidentally tagged him in an Instagram story. She was actually trying to praise the Netflix series “Nobody Wants This,” which stars Adam Brody, not Adrien.
“Kim Kardashian said, ‘I binged four episodes — it’s so good — must watch!’ and she tagged Erin Foster, Kristen Bell, Sara Foster, Adrien Brody, and Netflix,” Brody explained. “She blew up my internet,” the Oscar winner said with a laugh. “My Instagram just went crazy.”
The mix-up led to some confusion among fans.

Adrien revealed that a few people now mistake him for Adam more often. He recounted a recent incident at dinner with his director from “The Brutalist,” Brady Corbet.
While on a restroom break, a man approached him with apologies, mistaking him for Adam Brody. “I was just at dinner with my director, and this guy came down and mistook me for Adam Brody,” recalled the actor. “I corrected him, saying, ‘Uh, Adrien Brody.’ The man, flustered, apologized repeatedly and then mistakenly walked into the women’s restroom, further adding to the comedic situation.”
Despite the occasional confusion, Adrien Brody isn’t feeling left out.
He is currently in the midst of his own awards campaign, having earned an Oscar nomination for his performance in the epic film “The Brutalist.” The mix-up has since been a source of amusement for Adrien, who continues to find humor in the situation sparked by Kim Kardashian’s post.
