She has made extensive renovations, including an addition and a podcast studio in the basement. The property has had only 20 residents over the centuries. Last week, Frankel announced she was moving to Florida for “personal and professional reasons.” She is searching for a new home in the Ft.

She emphasized that the move to Florida was the best and healthiest decision for her and her daughter.

In addition to her Greenwich property, Frankel has a history of flipping homes. In September 2024, she listed a Bridgehampton estate she bought in 2013 for nearly $6 million. In 2022, she sold a Soho loft for around $7 million.
