Adrien Brody, 51, and his girlfriend, Georgina Chapman, 48, also made a stylish appearance.
Brody, nominated for “The Brutalist,” wore a black suit, and Chapman matched in a tiered black dress adorned with silver jewels. Zooey Deschanel, 45, and her fiancé, Jonathan Scott, were among the first to arrive. Deschanel donned a Giorgio Armani black dress that mimicked a tuxedo, while Scott wore a white tuxedo jacket and matching bowtie.
Meester debuted stunning auburn locks styled in mermaid waves and a sweeping side part. Her black-and-white cut-out strapless gown from Elie Saab was complemented by an elegant necktie and pearl earrings.
Hollywood couples shine at SAG Awards
The appearance marked a rare date night for Meester and Brody, who share a child whose name they have not made public. They laughed and joked together while posing for photographers, showcasing their strong bond. Meester is set to join the cast of “Nobody Wants This,” playing Abby, the middle school nemesis of an “Instagram mommy influencer” character played by one of Brody’s co-stars.
This role will reunite the couple on-screen again. Despite attending in high spirits, neither Meester nor Brody took home an award that evening. Brody was nominated for his role in “Nobody Wants This” but lost out to a performance from “Only Murders in the Building.”
