Bryan Cranston and Allison Janney star in the new film “Everything’s Going to Be Great.” The movie follows the Smart family as they navigate the ups and downs of life in regional theater. Cranston plays Buddy Smart, a lifelong actor who moves his family to New Jersey to run a theater company. Janney portrays his wife Macy, who tries to keep the family together while pursuing her own dreams.

The cast also includes Benjamin Evan Ainsworth, Jack Champion, Simon Rex, and Chris Cooper.
“Everything’s Going to Be Great” is produced by Steven Rogers, Alex Lalonde, and Bryan Unkeless. The film will premiere at the Tribeca Festival on June 9 and be released in theaters by Lionsgate on June 20. It is one of many anticipated titles featured in the festival’s Spotlight section.
Cranston and Janney have been keeping busy with other projects as well. Cranston is set to appear in “Grendel” and has announced plans to possibly retire soon, while Janney has joined the “A Simple Favor” franchise. “Everything’s Going to Be Great” promises to be a heartwarming and relatable story about the struggles and triumphs of pursuing one’s dreams while holding a family together.
