Kirstie Allsopp, the well-known presenter of “Location, Location, Location,” has tied the knot with her long-time partner, Ben Andersen, in a secret ceremony. The couple, who have been together for 21 years and share two sons, Bay and Oscar, exchanged vows at the Grosvenor Chapel in Mayfair, London. The wedding came as a surprise to most of their guests, who were only informed about the event a few days prior.
Many believed they were attending a celebration for Andersen’s 64th birthday. Allsopp, 53, looked stunning in a gold sequin and tulle Oscar de la Renta dress, which she purchased just two weeks before the wedding. The designer’s team added sleeves to the gown specially for the occasion.
The ceremony was held at the same church where Allsopp’s parents and grandparents were married, making it a particularly meaningful location for the couple.

The chapel is also famous for being featured in the film “Love Actually,” where characters Juliet and Peter wed.
Allsopp shared her joy on Instagram, stating, “It’s a huge privilege listening to your son give a speech at your wedding, which is one reason Ben & I are looking so cheery in this picture.”
The couple initially intended to keep the wedding entirely private but decided to release a few of their own photographs after learning that a paparazzi photographer was present. Allsopp expressed gratitude to those who helped make the day special, including the Oscar de la Renta team, tailor Joseph Darcy, florist Harriette at Studio Viola, and makeup artist Julia Bell. The intimate ceremony had 70 guests and included a nod to “Love Actually” with The Beatles’ hit “All You Need Is Love” being played during the service.
Allsopp and Andersen first met at a party in 2004 and have been content being “happily unmarried” until recently. The couple splits their time between homes in Devon and London. Congratulations to Kirstie Allsopp and Ben Andersen on their special day!
