Dubai is set to build a remarkable new resort called Therme Dubai. It will be the world’s tallest resort, standing at 100 meters (328 feet) tall. The resort will feature three waterfalls, each measuring 18 meters (60 feet) in height.

Therme Dubai is being designed by the renowned US architectural firm Diller Scofidio + Renfro. It will be located near the One Za’abeel skyscraper and will offer views of the iconic Burj Khalifa. The resort will have a play area, waterslides, and various entertainment facilities.

It will also focus on wellness, with swimming pools, mineral pools, steam rooms, and natural treatment options. Therme Dubai will boast the world’s largest indoor botanical garden.

It will support an impressive collection of over 200 plant species from different regions around the globe. The building’s design will use sustainable engineering principles and cutting-edge technologies for water treatment, heating, and cooling. The resort will recycle 90% of the water used in its thermal pools.

80% of the fresh air and cooling needs will be met through clean energy sources. The project will also serve as a cultural hub. It will host innovative and immersive art from cities across the globe.

Construction of Therme Dubai will start next year and is expected to be completed in 2028. This development is part of a broader initiative to enhance the quality of life for Dubai’s residents by 2033.
