President-elect Donald Trump has appointed actors Sylvester Stallone, Mel Gibson, and Jon Voight as special ambassadors to Hollywood. The move aims to address and rejuvenate the entertainment industry, which Trump believes has lost much business to foreign countries over the last four years. All three actors have been vocal supporters of Trump’s policies and share his vision for making significant changes in Hollywood.

Stallone, known for his roles in the “Rocky” and “Rambo” series, has always been an advocate for patriotic themes in film. Gibson, whose career includes acclaimed films like “Braveheart” and “The Passion of the Christ,” has also been a prominent figure in the industry. Voight, an Academy Award-winning actor, has been an outspoken supporter of Trump.

The appointment of these celebrities is seen as a strategic move to influence Hollywood insiders and audiences alike. Trump supporters believe that the combined influence of Stallone, Gibson, and Voight will help usher in a new era of Hollywood productions that reflect their values and ideals.

Gibson expressed surprise at the appointment, stating, “I got the tweet at the same time as all of you and was just as surprised. Nevertheless, I heed the call. My duty as a citizen is to give any help and insight I can.” He joked about the position, asking if it comes with an Ambassador’s residence.

Voight commented on the appointment, saying, “I’m old enough to have touched some years of the Golden Age of Hollywood, and I’ve seen its slow deterioration since. Today, we are in pretty bad shape. Very few films are made here now, but we are fortunate to have an incoming President who wants to restore Hollywood to its former glory, and with his help, I feel we can get this done.”
